For today's blog post I wanted to feature a sharing sunshine card I created with the new SHARING SUNSHINE stamp set. I just love how simple it is to create an easy card with this set. I wanted to do a easy and cheerful card for someone who could use some uplifting cheer right now.
I just love how this card came out, and how cute this little sunshine image is on a piece of Daffodil Delight 6"X6" (DSP) Designer Series Paper. This DSP is found in a pack of the Bright's paper pack and I cut it down to layer it up on another piece of Daffodil Delight card stock and then adhered it to a card base of thick basic white card stock. I also used the Stitched So Sweetly Dies to cut the piece of basic white scalloped out for the main image and sentiment. I then added some basic rhinestones to the front of the card after I used a Daffodil Delight STAMPIN blend to color them first to match the card. Thank you for visiting my blog post today and I hope you have enjoy today's post.
Measurements for today's card are : Thick basic white card base is cut at 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" and the first layer is cut at 4" X 5.25" and for the DSP it is cut at 3.75" X 5".
